Next God Tier? (Again?)
To me, this looks like a collage of Sunbeams and Disco Beatdown, except the fountain of sparkles is coins instead. Great unusual, nonetheless.

This has to be God-Tier. It's like Sunbeams but rubbing it in more with money flying out.

Depends whether Valve ♥♥♥♥♥ it up like the Invasion and SF2016 effects. Looks don't matter if it's common as hell or restricted to a small number of cosmetics.
