you should add some of the smaller albanian malitias and their commanders like shaban polluzha and his unit the vulnetari of drenice also you should be able to remove zog when switching ideologies from your list of generals

I know the time frame is off by a couple decades, but it would be fun to add Franz Baron Nopcsa as a recruit-able spy.

In case you don't know he was a Hungarian spy for a while in the Balkan wars and WW1 where he became the first person in history to Hijack a plane, which he did to escape an enemy army. He was a strong supporter of Albania leading an Albanian Militia and at one point even offered to become the new king of Albania, suggesting he could marry the daughter of a wealthy american family in exchange for an investment in the Albanian economy to help them rebuild after the war.
After he lost his family fortune in another war, he became a geologist/paleontologist where he became one of the fathers of paleontology.
I think this would make a really fun reference for an event chain. a couple potential examples being:
Using his wealthy In-Laws to improve the economy/factories.
Using his background in geology to lead to buffs to improved resource yields.
Using his status as a Hungarian aristocrat to give cores on Hungarian provinces.
Using his connections to Vienna college to improve research speed or slots.

That said, the guy is a known sociopath who murdered his secretary/lover in his sleep, and wasn't great at figuring out what people want outside of basic needs, so he might be plagued by stability/support issues.
