Mei's broken heart?
Can someone please tell me what the pocket active item for Tainted Mei dose? ive tried everything & the only other thing i can think is it removes Broken hearts but i haven't unlocked them & i'm pretty sure Mei can only have Soul/dark hearts.

It causes thunderbolts to strike down on the room you use it on; These bolts deal damage to enemies.

I've tried that but no thunderbolts come down

Well that's what it's supposed to do, so if it's not, then that's a bug.
