Isaac Crashes with some mods.
Certain mods that add items tend to crash with this mod installed (I made a comment saying the same thing recently and decided to open a discussion about it so others can say what mods they have issues with)

The crashing usually occurs when pressing and holding R (resetting the run with a new seed) or when entering item rooms.
