I'm sure this is just due to an unexpected code circumstance, but in a recent run I picked up the $3 bill and noticed something odd...

The normal (I believe) is that sometimes I would have 5 tears instead of 3 (don't know which effect is responsible for this)...

but...

When it went back down, the extra two tears were left hanging in place. If this happened multiple times in a room, each time there would be two additional tears floating in place.

Suggestion: Do a check for the extra tears and have them revert to normal tear behavior to eliminate them.

Likely Cause: Code probably didn't account for the fact that the $3 bill causes the effect to come and go.
