I know i'm a little dumb for this question, but how do i install this mod??? :/

Just subscribe to the mod, enable the mod, close isaac and restart it. End.

Go into "mods", select the Mei's mod and press tab. To remove, unsub and open again Isaac.

Mei's mod just does not appear in the mods tab. I told you . it does not work at all :С
