May be a bug?
i was using the debug menu to get items for mei and see other combinations of items. I started fighting hush with a really powerfull combination, but when his "blue baby" form came down, it instantly stopped the boss fight. I then won.

Is this a glitch with isaac, something with the debug menu, or something else entirly?

this happened to me while playing as cain with no mods, so i don't think it's related to mei specifically

To be exact there is a 1:3(?) chance that the blue baby spawns.
