I did just find this which helps my needs (hopefully)

Added new god power Apotheosis. Use it to elevate a demigod into a full god. Note that it has a huge piety cost (5000)."

My second life is 27 and I haven't gotten the Seer so... That doesn't apply. I only might have gotten the Seer in my first life, I'm not sure if I had or not.

Maybe see if you can get a younger heir and the depression trait, then kill yourself just before the heir turns 20?

so if you swear fealty to someone you turn instantly into a evil god ?
