I don't think the source engine would ever be able to handle that. Even if it did, this map would look weird exploding since uh..this isn't a full sized death star. Its supposed to give the illusion, and its basically a big plane with death star surface details (no hate to the mapper). So it probably wouldn't work.

maybe, i still think with enough effort (not saying they didn't put effort into the map) they could just have a low budget picture of it blowing up before going back to the map. still I think it is a great map the way it is and would be extra fun if you could blow it up.
