I agree with a cat counterpart country. Maybe could be located in Eastern Siberia?

And maybe custom weapon designs in the researching trees. Like instead of guns like a bone or something.

Perhaps a focus tree that allows you to increase your industry and manpower? As well as an army, navy, airforce, and political tree.

Here's an ambitious request, and, stay with me here lol. *A "Canine" and "Feline" ideology of their own. This could allow you to "influence" other Nations, which would then be taken over by dogs or cats with their own political leaders and flags. This would lead to a whole new perspective on the world, for obious reasons. The ideologies could be along the lines of "Tail Waggers" and "Post Scratchers". You'd of course have to create a small country for the cats too, perhaps right on the edge of Russia, giving the player a neighbor to hate LOL. It would be a new war, the likes of which the world has never seen, because... Bark.*
