No updated file on Github
I followed the Github link but none of those are the updated file. Will you be posting updated file on Github? Thanks

I thought that if I followed Github link posted on main page it would take me to a downloadable updated file for 1.4. Maybe I misunderstood. Also if not posted on github now, will you posting the updated file for download on there. Thanks

I didn't make a release for a while, but as several people in the comments explained, you can grab every possible version from github via the history.
