adding mod options would be apreciated
Mainly I would like the option to use or NOT use custom perks given by mods that rely on this mod. I don't know if that's even possable given it's dependant on other mods but if it is possable that would be very much apreciated.

Perks ? Guessing you mean traits, but no, I won't interfere with other people's mods more than I need to for this framework.
