To me this looks like it might be dependent on Ideology expansion, which I don't have.

Nope, while I'm experimenting with ideology atm nothing requires it so far. This looks like something modifying an ideology without you having the right thought available. Please provide a full log.

Hm, apologies can't pinpoint it. Seems like something adding a new work giver, but can't pinpoint it further.

Problem with WorkGiver was caused by another mod ("Misc. Robots" when used without "MiscRobots WorkTab support").

Alright, not what I thought it was then. The log sadly doesn't tell a lot. I can't help at all sadly without further info. If you want you can come to the discord and I'll help you with a debug mod.
