Just a thought, but could you add the Sovereign Military Order of Malta? Technically they only own a few estates in Rome and a fort in Malta which all in all can barely be seen from space but I think it'd be a really interesting experience to play as them.

Could you add the knights Templar (in their respective timeframe of course)? They would be within counties of mainly France but also within the kingdom of Jerusalem for example.

Knights, Singapore, Palestine, Crimea? (I know it's not that small but it would be nice.)

I second the request for Couto Misto! What about Sealand? I don't know if you'd be able to make a province suddenly appear late in the game, but that would be pretty cool. Also, maybe Oecusse? It's the exclave in the Indonesian side of Timor owned by East Timor.

Also, North Cyprus is a possibility!

Abkhazia is releasable and is a province ingame. Nagorno too.
