Plus take into account that beach sand is wet and compact unlike desert sand which is looser and dry, from a realistic standpoint I think it'd make more sense for the worms to spawn on the volcano.
(Know its kinda silly using realism as a point of arguement for this game, but I just try to maintain some suspension of disbelief. XP)
I really like what you're doing with this mod, keep it up. I hope to see Wyvern eggs and nests at some point. ^^ If I may make some reccomendations for nest/egg placement in the future;
Fire Wyvern: Around the top of volcanos, near the lava pools
Poison Wyvern: In the Underground maybe?
Lightning Wyvern: At the very top of the frozen northern mountain
However spawning them on the lava beaches seems a bit harsh? I mean there are quite some nasty dinos on that island as well, and the deathworm surely isn't that easy to kill. Plus this could make it even harder to require horns as you would need to be a high level to even get access to the lava island?
Anyway, due to the horn issue I'll have a look and see where else it might be a good idea to put them that'll keep it balanced.
The eggs were going to get placed where the wyvern type were, so where the posion one is so will the posion egg be and so on. However, I do not know how to go on about adding eggs in without altering the wyvern blueprint yet so it might take some time, sorry :(
