Pill info doesnt work correctly
my config settings are: Show unreachable pill info: true
Always show with flight: true
Show pill effect after one use: true
Show unidentified pill effects: false

and still i see a common situation where used pill is still unidentified in EID info and i think some truly unidentified pills becomes identified in EID info.

Pill Identification can also happen when you have specific item in the game. For example the PHD items.

ik, of course i did include that in mind, but i was talking about things without phd/false phd/lucky foor/virgo

I cant really recreate that issue on my end. If you have concrete steps, that one need to do to encounter this issue, please let me know. The issue can have a lot of origins, but it seems rather rare and unique.

i get that same error, doesn´t matter what pill options are true or false, they all keep showing as unidentified

Same issue here. Pills are revealed without me taking them before. Option to reveal unknown pills is turned off.

Also noticed "Bookworm (5/3)" in my last run, even though I didn't collect any books.
