the Recipe List is disabled by default due to being quite cheaty, to enable it, modify the mod's crafting settings using Mod Config Menu or editing eid_config.lua

for others: go to steam issac folder there will be a lot lua files, just open the eid_config.lua with editor/notepad, scroll down to bag of crafting there is a row that says options: no recipes, Recipe List, below that there is the row where you can change that option delete No Recipes and replace it with Recipe List.
