* In Greed mode, indicators "border", "highlight", and "blink" are shown in the wrong place (due to the shop screen scrolling). Oddly, "arrow" is displayed in the correct place.

* The "bag of crafting" UI takes precedence over the "item description" UI, meaning if player one is Tainted Cain it can be difficult for other players to see what an item does. The "item description" UI should take precedence.
