A mistake in Russian translation
"Tears" is translated as "tear delay" which is acceptable, though should be translated as "fire rate", but "shot speed" is translated as "fire rate" which is completely wrong and has nothing to do with the speed of projectiles

I just noticed that it is inconsistent. Some items have shot speed translated as "tear speed" and some the way I explained in the post
