"Untouched" item indicator?
Is it possible with this mod/api to add a line to the bottom of a description that only shows up when inspecting an item I've never picked up before?

I think there's an achievement for touching all the items and I'd hate to pass on an item I've never touched before withouts knowing I've never touched it

That feature is planned, but right now, the API does not allow to read the "touched" state of an item. Therefore, its impossible right now to implement
