Looks like its trying to load a broken file. This might happen because the mod was not installed correctly by steam. You can try to fix this by cleanly reinstalling the mod:
1. Unsubscribe from the mod.
2. Start the game and go into the main menu (this will uninstall the mod properly)
3. Close the game
4. Subscribe to the mod (this will install the mod again)
5. Start the game and see if that fixed the issue
