[Fixed] Blank Card Wrong Description
The Blank Card description says that it activates the effect of whatever card or rune Isaac is holding. This is no longer correct since Repentance, as the rune functionality has been split off into Blank Rune.

Oops, Blank Card's AB+ desc was changed to mention runes so Rep's inherited that change. It'll be fixed in next update, thank you
