This mod is great, and I appreciate the specificity to which the default config options avoid spoilers for cards, runes, and pills, even taking into account player flight. However, if you get an item that identifies all pills (ie PHD or False PHD) the mod describes what pill it is, even if you've never seen that color before and it is behind obstacles or in the shop.

I realize it may not be super practical for the mod to track which pills have been taken in a run except by which are identified, but if it is possible I'd really like to see that as an option in the config for the purist experience, default or not.
