Hmm, this seems to be because your game somehow asked for a pill effect name that doesn't exist.
However, this couldn't possibly crash your game, and EID wouldn't be displaying a description when you eat the pill so that log entry can't be from the moment of the crash. That error text from the log is what was output to the debug console when it was trying to show a description for the pill and failed, harmlessly disabling the description and nothing else.
It sounds to me like you're eating a modded pill that no longer exists; did you disable a pill mod and then resume a saved game? At the very end of the log file should be a "Lua stack trace" that shows the actual crash culprit.
