if you mean the item room blind items in the alt path, where one item is visible and the other one hidden, then this function is not related to that. The Curse of the blind option only affects items hidden by the curse effect. the alt item is hidden by the "DisableOnAltPath" config option

no, im talking about curse of the blind effect in main path. it works in shops and devil deals but not the item room.

Yep, "Show Hidden Alt-Path Item" is in reality "Show Item Room ?s" so it does have an awkward interaction with Curse of the Blind. I'll get a fix for it, thank you. I think the solution is that when Curse of the Blind is active, Show Hidden Alt-Path Item's code should just not run.
