Everything has been working fine until recently. Item descriptions are fine, trinkets are good, even cards.

The only thing that stopped working was the pill identification after becoming known.
All pills show "Unidentified" which is normal until I use said pill.
They don"t show up at all and I can only know what they are again by picking them up.
In under normal circumstances this isn't an issue until for example I'm in a shop and have to spend money just to re-identify a pill I had already taken in the same run.
