Inaccessible, unused pills get revealed with PhD/False PhD
When a pill is blocked off by rocks, for example, and hasn't been used in the run yet, picking up PhD/False PhD will reveal the pill. I realize this might be a very specific scenario in which this can become an issue, and it's probably not that big of a deal, but it's not unlikely and I figured I'd mention the oversight here.

It could be a toggle-able config option, though I'm not sure how much coding work would need to be put into this little workaround.

That behavior is an intended vanilla game mechanic. PHD items identifies all pills, as you can read here: https://bindingofisaacrebirth.fandom.com/wiki/PHD

I'm aware - it's just that, if you have PhD and a pill hasn't been used in the run before, when you come across a blocked pill, you usually would only know what the pill does once you unblock it and pick it up. With EID, you can see the pill's effect without unblocking it first. It would basically let you decide more clearly whether you want the pill or not, whereas without EID you'd have to unblock the pill first before finding out its effect.

Again, very specific scenario, and I know it might be hard to follow what I'm trying to say. That being said, I'm unsure if this is so minor that it doesn't need fixing, since you'll probably want all pills with PhD anyway.

Ive changed the default value for obstructed pills now. this will make them not discovered, even if you have PHD
