Language isn't the one in config
So I have my language in game and in the mod config file as English, but in game it is Turkish any help to make it English.

try switching your language in mod config menu from english to something else, exiting the run, going back in and changing it back to english. see if that helps.

if not, delete the following folder:
..\Steam\steamapps\common\The Binding of Isaac Rebirth\data\external item descriptions

Thank you for replying but trying both steps nothing happens and the language is still polish (making this correction since I thought it was turkish)

Thank you this video did help with my situation (btw i had the cc turned to translate so the language barrier wasn't a problem)
