EID not working
EID isn't able to load fonts so it does not working

did you look into the paths provided in the error message and see if the file is actually in one of these folders?

your relative path is not correct. You called the mod folder "External-item-Descriptions-master", but it should be "external item descriptions_836319872" on default.
Either change the folder name or go into the main.lua file, line 90 and change the "local modfolder " variable to your folder name
