1.3 (3060) Did something break?
I'm getting a loading error with build 3060, and removing Dubs Bad Hygiene from the mod list allows the game to load (it is then broken, but the fact that it gets past loading suggests to me that something in DBH might be causing the load error).

The game in question was saved yesterday so I'm wondering if one or both of 1.3 and DBH updated overnight, and if perhaps something broke?
