What work type is for draining the septic tank? I spent a few minutes trying to isolate it, but even with all items unchecked I was still able to force my pawn to empty it.

2nd question: Maybe I'm dumb or maybe thinking about it too much, but I'm confused about the "do not drain" button on the septic tank. Either checked or unchecked leaves me with ambiguity on wether or not pawns will drain the tank. Both settings have a red X (one bigger than the other, granted). So I'm having trouble knowing which setting is "Do not Do not drain"
