I've been using this mod and Vanilla Expanded for a while, but I've not found a way to disable the needs for a particular race or xenotype yet. I imagine an android wouldn't need to use the bathroom, for example. Shower, maybe, but not full out using a toilet. I found the menu for it in the mod options but it only displays for races and body-types, not for xenotypes.
