Pawns using lakes/rivers/etc instead of the primitive well
As the title says, pawns are using water sources far away instead of the convenient wells I've placed near my colony. Not sure if I'm dumb and missed something or what but any ideas on what might cause this?

Pawns don't directly drink from wells. They drink and wash from basins, you can place a basin and fill it with water from the well, you can also stock pile water from that basin
