Idea - Hygenie focused xenotypes
It could be another mod altogether, but I think there's some interesting things that can be done with bad hygenie + the Biotech DLC.

For example, a "coat-licking" xenotype. Without baths or showers, people will lick their coats like cats do. It takes more time than a shower but costs nothing.
