Idea - Strong stomach gene and untreated water
My pigskin pawn from Biotech has just got diarrhea due to drinking untreated water. Pigskins are immune to food poisoning due to having the "Strong stomach" gene, which according to the description adds "an extra toxin-filtering organ in their stomach".

Could you extend the effects of this gene to include immunity to diseases from untreated water? Thanks in advance!
