that was added in an update that steam failed to upload twice a few days ago, i had to roll back the update within an hour, but if you updated to it and didn't notice the roll back and the comments section and kept playing with it then as soon as you saved and exited rimworld it would have then downloaded the previous version, it will be back once i finish more changes with this update and try uploading to steam again
