if the blue light is on on the electric boiler then its on and heating.
if its not then a thermostat is controlling it, if its the room thermostat then you need to turn on thermostat control on the hot water tank, that will tell the boiler to turn on when its cold.
or you can just not make a room thermostat so the boiler runs constantly

i had the boiler next to the tank, befor ei had a thermostat it was on, but it still never made any hot water.

boiler works, the hot water production does not, the tank does not fill with hot water.

hmm the hot water tank works fine when connected, for me and everyone else, when you select it does the red bar not fill up at all?

i have no idea then, it all works fine for everyone else, so without any errors in your log i can't really suggest much apart from reinstall the mod

I had the exact same problem as this guy. I tried reinstalling the mod and it didn't work. But then i uninstalled your Central Heating Mod and it worked.

did you install it before or after you built your system?

when you add central heating it replaces some of the code for the base bad hygiene buildings, and it should seamlessly integrate but maybe i missed a building

I have almost the same problem, except that the hot water tanks are full but when a pawn goes to take a bath he gains the cold water debuff.
The boiler, the hot water tanks, the radiators and the bath are connected by heating pipes and by the normal pipes, the heaters work but not the bath :(
