you shouldn't get notifications for bedpans being outside, unless you got a mod to do that, and they are simply a haulable filth which can be cleaned by any cleaner or doctor, make sure you have enough cleaners in your base to keep it clean

are you hauling the bedpans outside of your home area before cleaners can clean them up?

They were regularly being left to sit around and I had to keep manually telling my pawns to clean them, so eventually I had to just have them hauled and dumped to a dumping stockpile, which is why they now degrade and notify me.

Would just be nice to have an option to stop them spawning in the first place as they're nothing but annoying.

cleaning up bedpans is a high priority job though, so you would have a lot of filth piling up everywhere regardless which would be as much of an issue as the bedpans, if they weren't cleaning them up at all then maybe the job was disabled in a job manager?

Yeah i love the mod too but the bed pans are honestly my least favorite part of the mod and if there was an option in the mod to disable them I personally would enjoy the mod overall a lot more.
