Thanks for being so responsive to comments. I have two questions/feature requests (or if you could help me edit the mod myself that would be great).

1) I have noticed things like the ceiling fans can be placed outside where there is no roof.
Is there a way to prevent them from being placed in unroofed areas? I suppose that Sprinklers and irrigation sprinklers are also supposed to ceiling mounted. Can the same be done for these?

2) Could a mod option be added to disable research and building of specific non-hygiene related items (like a sprinklers or AC, or the kitchen sink since there is a compatible vanilla expanded sink already)?
