baths have a bug where if a pawns at max joy they will eject out, and they produce a lot of sewage, stick with showers or power showers for now until the next patch where baths are fixed and dont produce any sewage and can be heated by campfires, then they will be a good option for early game to replace the buckets, and then late game for extra luxury or for private bathrooms. Showers will be for speed, convenience and reduced water usage, power shower will also have on demand water heating so you can skip all of the boilers and hot water tanks if needed. I also added hot tubs which are joy only so pawns will carry on using showers for hygiene then hot tubs for joy and social.

Basins are only for washing their hands after using a toilet, because there is a chance they can pick up contamination depending on how filthy the room is which can then lead to diseases.
