Travelling with Bad Hygiene
I was curious as to if hygiene isn't as big a problem whenever you're travelling, or if you'll still get the normal debuffs to their mood and whatnot when travelling and not having anywhere to clean?

Not a problem during caravan (in my experience) but the big problem arises when a caravan is raided.

I generally carry a wash-tub with me when I travel, but it can be problematic if you get stopped somewhere without an above-ground water source. The only thing I could think to do then would be to build a well.
