Requesting permission to use the graphical assets and redistributing them
I have made this mod: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1523143072

It is not of high quality but at least an improvement to static images. So I guess it is worth a look for ME fans.

I would like to ask for a confirmation that I can actually include your assets into my mod and redistribute it without having to make it messy as it is now, as now it requires getting your mod, my mod, and then building a native mod to use both contents from both mods.

If someone can help me contact the author, Ms VJ, I would be immensely grateful.

Specifically this:
While we have no plans to expand this mod specifically, VJ has issued an open permission to utilise Mass Effect Theme Pack assets in other mods. If Team Nessassity decides to do so, it will most likely take the form of separate projects under the "Mass Effect Civilisation" brand.
