That would be cool, but since unity wallpaper can not get infomations about your system sound
easily (like the web wallpapers do), I think it's not really possible. What's in that screenshot is just a music player I was using (and... made by me) when taking that screenshot.
If you like something with music, you can try another wallpaper by me - but sadly, it does not work so well like this one because it's an old, experimental software which added many black magics to break through WE's limitations.
Maybe there would be other ways to do this. I will think about it later.

I don't care about that, i see in pic and i think was an option that i don't have. So, if she say meow or nya~ is all i need(possible to make a conversation, just a little think that will not affect me so much :D ).
