You have a multiplier on your server, default is 840, so you have it turned up. Just turn the Official Override Difficulty to 3. Thats close to 300.

Ok so how does this interact with the Difficulty offset? I have 2 multipliers, or i can shoose to set MAx Level for dinos, which adjust botht he Override and the Offset, but does Pugnacia increase the spawning levels any? If i set Max level to 300, what will pug make them spawn at?

because when i set it to 400, i get Difficulty offset= .2 and Override Offical Difficutly= 13.33. I am also on Ragnarok which has a different diff scale if i remember correct.

Default levels for Pugnacia, as stated by MrFister is 840. This means Pugnacia comes stock with a “difficulty 5 override” vs. vanilla ark. Be sure to memorize those "sticky" threads.

Recomended Server Settings
Harvest Rate: 5 to 10X anything above that and high damage gather dinos may cause lag

Post tame levels: On our testing server we have 300 levels but you can you can go lower without much difficulty

Difficulty: 1-6 is recommended anything above that you run a very high risk of dino stat resetting due to anti cheat mechanisms in place for ark this will happen with all dinos from any mod if they are above a certain level cap

*Note Wyverns can be above max level due to having to hatch the baby and not getting the affinity points*

Skipping, you might actually want to reread that web site.... " For example, using OverrideOfficialDifficulty=10.0, creatures will spawn at up to level 350, when they should be capped at 300 using the normal calculations." According to the chart above, difficulty 10 would be like level 1680......

So it's not exactly black and white there....

Pugnacia alters so many variables, in multiple ways, including the difficulty level and default dino max levels. I used to play with difficulty 50 until I tried Pugnacia. After removing the override difficulty variable, max dinos are 840 now. I recall mrfister mentioning that Pugnacia changes the difficulty to around 5. I still think this is freaking stupid. There is NO way to calculate the max dino level with the info provided......I have TWO I REPEAT T W O Difficulty setings and they seem to go together. I have:
Difficulty Offset If you increase it, monsters will be higher level and more loot will drop. If you want to exceed the upper limit, use the OverrideOfficialDifficulty setting instead.

AND

Override Official Difficulty EXPERTS ONLY! Most people should use DifficultyOffset to set their server's difficulty. This option is for crazy modders who want to exceed the standard difficulty cap.

So If i want wild dinos maxed at lvl 400....I NORMALLY would set the OFFSET: .2 and then the Override to 13.33.....If i do that with Pugnatia, i'll have dinos at like 2000+ likely....

So on the MAP RAGNAROK, what freaking values do i need to use to get dinos to be MAX LEVEL of 400????

Correction: My offset does not effect the total difficulty. The override makes the offest null basicly. So if i set my override to say 3, i should have dinos around lvl 504??? Although i cannot tell if he is saying that in context to the WYVERN lvls, which are always above max, or overall max dino levels.....

get Beacon for PC and generate your dino levels to add 249 :) it's really nice! 15 dollars well spent!

Minister I have a problem with my pugnacia boss levels they are all stuck at level 20. However my primal and primeval dinos are normal level and idk how to fix it.
