-Changed Outremer to Arabic Group

Before this update the Outremer culture was in the french culture group (Latin culture group). This makes historical sense since the crusader states were part of the Western civilization, it is seen as an invasion of the western world on the muslim civilization by some scolars. The thing is that it makes no sense that the Outremer culture - which is just the franks in the "ultra mar" (beyond the sea) - be in the Arabic culture group. This is madness. I would like to spark a conversation here with the ones who disagree with this postion so we can provide the modder with acurate information to make the game more seem more like a Historical Imersion Project.

I dont know if i will get answers here, so i will plea that the modder change the culture back to Latin group until further information confirm or disprove my point.
