How would one go about adding quality levels to the kits?

I have outfit policies set up for pawns that dictate a certain quality of things they wear, and since the kits don't have quality it means they never pick up the kits unless I force-wear them.

I'd like to make the kits with quality like the apparel, so the kits can be part of the outfit policies.

Is that a change that could be made?

I'm using the Everything Has Quality mod as a workaround for now, but I don't want everything to have quality, just these kits, so that's honestly trouble than it's worth.
