Ok i can add traits to generals for sure but i don't promise to add new generals yet. I want my mod to look as base game so i need to find way to create portraits wich will look like thiose from base game

About the kommunist focuses, i think after the political commisart ( my english is very bad) you can add the uncompatible focuses: keep gomulka or president bierut. After seek acomandation: " reconciliation with the soviets " (condition:after molotov rippentrop pact; consequences: soviet union lose claims in east poland) and after the reconciliation "polish soviet technologic treaty". After keep gomulka or president bierut "agrarian revolution", "industrial revolution" and "Socialist Propaganda"( add 20% unity).

and a focus : "Prussia for Germany ?!" (add core in the actual west poland)

I don't catch last sentence. I don't understand how would this focus work?

when this focus end, the poland player get a event.

Ok now i know. So i think that after kommunists will start to rule poland you will get event to chose Gomułka or Bierut. Each one will have difrent bonuses. I thought about making new region: Nadodrze and make focus abot promising to give Russia some of their demanded teritories if they help polamd to get new teritories in the west. I also thought abot one focus about czechoslovakia and 2 other focuses. I think that those two could be from thise proposed by you.

Maybe new newspapers about the falling of Moscow, Paris, Prague, London to the poles, and maybe a special newspaper about the nuking of Berlin by the poles. I remember being disappointed by the lack of flavor the devs provided to countries that were important in the war, like Poland especially, among them being Netherlands, Belgium, and Yugoslavia
