Any update concerning the americas themselves have not been touched, as most of the Divergence only affected Europe, Asia and Africa so far. As you pointed out however, the lack of Spain and Portugal early game lead most of the time to a largely untouched new world until France/Britain/the Netherlands and other third waves colonial powers get in business. This early colonization job has already partially have been transferred to Lusitania and Toledo ( this is evident in their National ideas) and there is plan to give them proper mission tree to explore the world early, but that won't be until we dedicate some time to the Iberian region.
Well, let just say that Norht Africa is definetly a region subject of changes from time to time, it will have a major uplift in the future (not in a near future however) and in the meantime there is constant discutions in the production team about what to do with it.
Yazidi in the Fall of Islam timeline is more suppose to represent an holdout of the original Kurdish polytheism who considerably evolved after absorbing various element of numerous monotheist beliefs around them. They will have a rework at some point, but since it's a rather minor religion not in a immediate future
Not much actually, the new egyptian empire had no interrest in fighting a really powerfull greek minority within the country (as part of the Egyptian policy of relative tolerance) but still monitered them heavely. They were even used against the Byzantine empire in latter wars, sometimes without them even knwowing it.
