Nah, the powerjack's a better option, being able to switch fast. And if a sentry's level three, you'd want to destroy it from long range. The pyroland's colors should make a sentry easy to see and snipe. Powerjack you can switch from and adapt with to become a potent sweeper.

Pyroland Homewrecker that inflicts Pyroland like the Sydney Sleeper inflicts Jarate. Pyroland for 2 seconds on hit, 4-5 seconds on minicrit, 8 seconds on crit. Inflicts Pyroland through Uber and other resistances. Makes a strongman bell ringing sound when it destroys a building. I think the guitar taunt would be better balanced with the above powers than a strongman bell ringing taunt kill (with windup).
It would give Kritzkriegs something to do against stock Uber and maybe Vacc uber. The Vaccinator uber can counter the damage type of the stock ubered and block the crits of Kritz uber.

Homewrecker or the Powerjack... I'd honestly prefer the Homewrecker. Homewrecker (if I imagined it as a children's device) would be something you can count on; Huggable XD Powerjack would be a toy hammer because it gives you strength; you have a good grip with it. So Homewrecker for a Balloon hammer reskin of it.

Corny as it sounds, I admit I would totally use an inflatable hammer called the Jawbreaker.

if it does get accepted into the game it should be the pyroland reskin of either of them

I'd love to see this as a reskin for The Powerjack or Homewrecker. This set you've released is amazing.
