The definition of Hallway Str Conveyor includes computers, but the "TypeId" of the block is not a terminal block. This means that the block can be owned, but the property can not be changed via a terminal.
Note: Try to set the "TypeId" for each block in the terminal - The simplest case would be simply "TerminalBlock"

If it was set to TerminalBlock, it would then not be a conveyor. This particular block is no different than a regular Conveyor Junction (the vanilla conveyor cube) in practice, with the addition of giving terminal access. It is not a terminal block, thus will not even show up in the terminal window and cannot be set for ownership. It functions exactly as intended.
